Cherry Parts CO2 Horns Update

General Letter To All

Dear Sir or Madam

It has been brought to our attention that a letter has been sent to a large number of fire trade companies by Mark Radford of Radford Venture Capital Ltd. Cherry Parts Ltd is mentioned in this letter in a way which is causing some concern. We take this very seriously and have instructed our legal team in this regard.

Cherry Parts Ltd only supplies Co2 horns made to our own design which DO NOT infringe European patent EP1341584B.

European patent EP1341584B was issued on May 6th 2009 so if you have bought horns which may infringe on European patent EP1341584B i.e. there are holes in both ends, then we recommend you contact the supplier you purchased them from.

We at Cherry Parts Ltd would like to take this opportunity to assure everyone that we go to great lengths with the design of our products to ensure that not only are they of the best possible quality but also that we deal only in a trustworthy and honorable way.

We have given the UK-FA copies of the correspondence sent from our solicitors to Radford Venture Capital Ltd regarding this matter but please do not hesitate to contact us directly on 0191 236 9505 if you require further information.

Peter Forster – Managing Director
Cherry parts Ltd
