Introduction

To remain a 'competent person' BS5306 part 3:2009 recommends technicians are refreshed every three years. This course provides both a refresher and products update in one day at a very competitive price and is open to everyone to attend. A light lunch and refreshments are provided and we can recommend local accommodation if needed.


Who Should Attend?

This course will be required for experienced engineers originally examined or last attended a refresher course more than 3 years ago.


Course Programme

This intensive one-day programme covers the requirements of BS5306 part 3:2009 and part 8:2000 to ensure that qualified Extinguisher Technicians remain ‘competent persons’ receiving 3 yearly
refreshers. Time will also be spent familiarising the student with extinguisher servicing and introducing innovative and ethical business development opportunities.
